Expression of Interest (Other Arrangement OA)– Seeking residential properties for Public Housing

The Public Housing Renewal Taskforce (Taskforce) invites interested parties (Proponents) to submit proposals (Proposals) to deliver suitable residential properties for purchase by the Taskforce.

The Taskforce is acquiring properties for the ACT Commissioner for Social Housing (the Commissioner). The Commissioner is the largest residential landlord in the ACT. The Taskforce is seeking to acquire properties that reflect value for money. Properties will be required to be completed and ready for occupancy no later than December 2018.

This document details the process to lodge a Proposal, the information sought from Proponents, the assessment criteria and selection and negotiation processes that will be followed and conditions of the EOI. It includes the required Returnable Schedules for completion, execution and lodgement.
